What is RUFF?
RUFF stands for "Richmond Fur Fair", and is Richmond Virginia's very own FREE furry convention! We host ourselves out of the VCU commons, and are run by club members of the Anthro Society of VCU."But where does the U in RUFF come from?" well, it wouldn't be complete without U :)RUFF's first convention was April 5th, 2025, with an overwhelming 760 attendees!RUFF 2026 is planned for April 11th, 2026, located once again at the University Student Commons.907 Floyd Avenue

Event Rules
- This is an ALL AGES SFW Convention! Please keep everything kid friendly.- Fetish gear, such as leashes and pup hoods, are strictly prohibited. If you wouldn't wear it to school, don't wear it to RUFF!- Please be respectful to all RUFF and VCU staff. Disorderly or rude conduct could result in removal from the convention.- RUFF takes place on a school campus, so drug and alcohol use is prohibited. Anyone found to be intoxicated will be removed from the convention.- If you have concerns about an attendee, please let RUFF staff or security know.

The Anthro Society of VCU is VCU's Furry club! We were formed in 2023 and have only gotten bigger since! We're one of the biggest college furry clubs. Our mascot is a ram named Nina!
